Vinegar has been around forever, and like hydrogen peroxide, has many uses. Vinegar is an acid liquid. It is used in many foods, and has many medical uses.

As a professional in the cleaning industry, I use hydrogen peroxide for most tasks, I use vinegar mostly on wood, and on floors. I don't much care for the smell of vinegar! Kinda smells like dirty feet! But, it does have alot of cleaning benefits. We had a problem a while back with stains on a carpet that just kept coming back. In fact I informed my cousin to mix some dish soap with hydrogen peroxide, grab a wonder glove and scrub away at the boat. The next day he called to thank me because he has never seen his boat look so good since the day he bought it. Hydrogen Peroxide-you can't get a much more earth friendly product than that.
